CODE OF CONDUCT

At KPR we believe that it is vital to conduct our business with high standards of ethics and integrity always seeking to live out our core values. This doesn’t only mean complying with the law (we are registered PEA and TES with Department of Labour) but also leading by example in the way that we do business, and in the manner in which we behave towards colleagues, candidates, clients and business partners.

KPR is a proud member of APSO (Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations) and subscribes to their Code of Ethics and operates in accordance with their Codes of Professional Practice. In addition, all employees including Directors, are required to sign and commit to operating in accordance with the KPR Code of Conduct. The Code sets out the standards of behaviour by which we as an organisation are bound:

We comply with Laws and Regulations

We act ethically and honestly at all times. We comply with the spirit as well as the letter of the relevant law. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulators in respect of any queries they might have.

We reject bribery and corruption

We do not offer or accept any bribes or improper inducements, including facilitation payments, in order to secure business or gain any advantage for either the company or ourselves as individuals.

We avoid being compromised by gifts and entertainment

We do not offer or accept gifts, entertainment, or other benefits that could appear to compromise normal commercial relationships.

We report concerns confidentially to senior management

If we know of, or have any suspicions of, any misconduct, malpractice, illegal or unethical behaviour, we report our concerns in confidence directly to the Managing Director.

We avoid conflicts of interest

We work to avoid and manage business conflicts of interest between ourselves, our candidates, clients and business partners.

We work with candidates, employees, clients and business partners fairly and honestly

We do not mislead candidates, employees, clients and business partners with false information, or misrepresentation about our services. We deal with complaints quickly, fairly and with respect.
